Mycorrhizae Products

Mycorrhizae products are an important tool in ensuring plant success. Mycorrhizae fungi are essential in root development, water and plant nutrient uptake and are frequently missing from new and compacted soils.

Mycorrhizae physically improve soil structure around plant roots either by separating clay platelets or by clumping sand particles. They also contribute to plant health by supporting other beneficial soil organisms including nutrient-fixing bacteria and help develop a resistant zone to disease around the plant roots.

These products should be used in situations where Mycorrhizae is lacking:

• Construction sites where organic matter is inadequate
• In sterile conditions and when planting out from the nursery
• During warm/dry Summers to aid uptake of water
• Beneficial during transplanting bare root stock

A 5% iron formulation complexed with glucoheptanates for instant response and maximum plant capability.

• Rapidly corrects iron deficiencies in plants
• Provides enzymes and chlorophyll with the necessary supply of iron
• The foliar absorption allows the iron to be rapidly absorbed with virtually no leeching losses

Directions for use: Intake Fe is applied at the rate of 20 lts/Ha mixed in 600-800 lts of water (1 lt per 500 m² mixed in 30-40 lts of water).

Do not water in after application.

Highly soluble 20% Iron supplement that is ideal for spraying larger areas of sports turf, tees, fairways, sports pitches etc. Greenplex can be used yearround as an economical method of providing sustained green-up and improved turf health.

Pack 10 kg Covers: 2000 to 5000 sq metres 20 to 40 kg/ha in 600 to 800 lts of water.

An organic natural seaweed extract formulated specifically for programmed application on all types of turf. When applied every four to six weeks throughout the growing season Seaspray Natural will encourage a thick and wear resistant turf that copes best under stress such as drought and heavy traffic. Seaspray Natural will also improve soil structure and microbial activity whilst providing natural extracts containing essential plant hormones and micronutrients.

Directions for use:Seaspray Natural should be applied at the rate of 10 lts/Ha mixed in a minimum of 300 lts of water (0.5 lts per 500 m² mixed in a minimum of 15 lts of water).

Specialist Products

A unique non-pesticide nutrient that puts Iron and Copper into turf-care to improve disease resistance and help control moss. Contains 30 g/lt Chelated Iron, 70 g/lt Copper in a NON-Staining formulation and environmentally benign penetrants.

• Provides Amenity areas with foliar and root-absorbed Iron and Copper
• Has been observed to reduce Moss infestations
• Should be used as part of a programme of treatments

Mossgard should be applied as advised by a competent agronomist to comply with health and safety legislation to supply Iron and Copper and stop the build up of mosses.

Directions for use: For best results make at least two applications, one month apart Apply Mossgard at the rate of 0.3 lt per 30 lts of water to treat 500 m².
